OVERVIEW
The Fujikura 28S splicing machine is designed for high-end Fiber to the Home (FTTH) splicer applications in FTTX, data center/LAN, and access networks. The 28S provides an active V-groove alignment single fiber splicer for reliable and superior splicing performance with a range of different fibers; SMF, MMF, DSF, and NZDSF. The 28s offers advanced capabilities; Including splice result storage of 200 splices, and 5-16mm short cleave length splicing. Applicable to up to 125μm cladding diameter/3mm sheath diameter fiber with sheath clamp.
The Fujikura 28S is the world’s smallest and lightest active V-groove splicing machine with active V-groove fiber alignment. It has a fast splicing time of 6 seconds and 200 splice cycles/tube heating cycles per full battery charge/ It features a sturdy and lightweight design, is also shock, dust, and rain resistant, and features a 5-inch color LCD. Touch screen display and comes in a multi-functional carrying case and work table accessory.
