We offer comprehensive delivery services throughout India, covering over 18,500+ PIN codes. Customers can easily check which PIN codes are serviceable and find estimated delivery timelines on the Product, Cart, and Checkout pages.
Many of our products come with free shipping; however, some items may have shipping charges depending on their weight or size, which is indicated on the product pages.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page. We are committed to keeping these charges as low as possible to ensure our customers receive the best value and convenience.
We work with some of the most reputable courier companies in the country to ensure our orders are delivered efficiently. Our courier partners are dedicated to delivering products to the specified address within the agreed timeframe. If any challenges arise, that may delay timely delivery, or if the customer is unavailable to accept the product on the scheduled delivery date, we will make an additional delivery attempt at no extra charge to the customer.
Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, allowing them to track their courier. Additionally, customers can track their orders through their Krgkart account.
Our courier partners typically deliver orders to all serviceable pin codes in India within a specified time frame. However, please be aware that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to certain circumstances. In such cases, either the courier partner or Krgkart will reach out to the customer to explain the specific reasons for the delay.
Update or Change Delivery Address.
For any changes to your delivery address or requests for corrections, please get in touch with us before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot make any modifications once the order has been shipped. Contact Us
Product Packaging and Stock Availability
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be occasions when discrepancies occur, and the product you ordered could be unavailable. In such situations, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options; if the product is unavailable, we will:
1. Suggest alternative options that are currently available. If you wish, you can opt for one of these alternatives.
2. Offer you the choice to wait for the item to be restocked.
3. Provide a refund if that is your preference.
Before dispatch, each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards. Once approved, the items are securely packed and handed to our trusted courier partners for delivery.
To improve transparency and enhance customer satisfaction, we record a video of the packaging process for each order. This approach ensures that all items are securely packed and properly documented before they are handed over to our courier partners. Our commitment to quality aims to minimize issues during transit, providing you with peace of mind with every purchase.
Verified and Tested: Shipping with Confidence
In certain cases, if a product requires inspection prior to shipping, we will contact you for confirmation. Upon receiving your approval, the product will be thoroughly checked and dispatched to you.
To ensure transparency and build trust, we also record a video of the product’s unboxing and testing process, which will be shared with you for added clarity and assurance.
Custom Build PC or Pre Built PC
At KRGKart, customers have the option to build a custom PC or choose from our range of pre-built PCs to suit their specific needs. When you order a custom-built PC or a pre-built PC, we offer free assembly services to enhance your experience.
All original boxes, tags, and packaging of the components used in building your PC are shipped alongside the PC. This ensures a smooth process for any future warranty claims.
To uphold our commitment to trust and transparency, we provide detailed unboxing and assembly videos. These resources allow you to see the exact components and the methods used in assembling your PC.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order for any reason before order shipment. To start a cancellation, please call us at 9830200006 or submit a request through our Contact Us page.

Return and Replacement
Returns or replacements will only be allowed if the delivered product is damaged or if an incorrect item was sent.
Returns or replacements will be accepted within 72 hours (3 days) following the product’s delivery date. Please visit our Contact Us page to request a return or replacement.
Important: To ensure a smooth and transparent resolution process in case of any issues with your order, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
The returned product must be in unused condition and include all original tags, labels, packaging box, and the original invoice. The return or replacement request may be declined if the product is received with any missing items or defects.
The return or replacement process will start once KRGKart receives the returned product. The company retains the right to authorize a refund or replacement only after thoroughly inspecting and analyzing the returned item.
The product replacement and re-delivery process is estimated to take approximately 15 days. Please note that this timeframe may be extended based on product availability. Please read our Payment Policy for the refund process for returned orders.
Products with Manufacturing Defects
For products with manufacturing defects, please contact the brand’s service centre. If you have difficulty resolving the issue, you can send the product to us, and we will manage the warranty claim. Once serviced, we’ll ship the product back to you.
