This Shipping & Return Policy explains how we manage order shipping, deliveries, cancellations, returns, replacements, and warranty-related cases. Our goal is to clearly outline the process so that you always know what to expect after placing an order on KRGKart.com, from dispatch to final delivery or resolution.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage our customers to review this page carefully to understand their rights and responsibilities, as well as our commitment to providing reliable service and transparent support throughout the order lifecycle.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery services across 18,500+ PIN codes in India. Customers can easily check service availability and estimated delivery timelines on the Product Page, Cart Page, and Checkout Page.

Many of our products are eligible for free shipping. However, certain items may incur shipping charges based on factors such as size, weight, or delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed on the Cart and/or Checkout page at the time of placing the order.

We partner with reliable and reputed courier companies to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Our courier partners aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. In case a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, an additional delivery attempt may be made at no extra cost.

After your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details and tracking link via Email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your order using the provided tracking link. For your convenience, the same tracking link and details are also available on the Order Details page in your KRGKart account.

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, operational issues, or courier delays. In such cases, updates will be shared by the KRGKart team or the courier partner, or made available through the order tracking link.

In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments due to product availability, warehouse location, or logistics constraints. Customers will be informed accordingly, and applicable tracking details will be shared.

Delivery Address Changes

Requests to update, correct, or change the delivery address must be made before the order is dispatched. Customers are requested to carefully review their delivery details at the time of placing the order to avoid any issues.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, delivery address changes or corrections are not possible, as the shipment is already in transit and managed by third-party logistics partners.

In cases where a delivery location becomes non-serviceable, or delivery is restricted due to embargoes, regional limitations, government restrictions, or courier service constraints, KRGKart will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution. If delivery is not feasible under such circumstances, a full refund of the order amount will be processed, if applicable, as per our Payment Policy.

Product Packaging & Stock Availability

We make every effort to maintain accurate stock availability on our website. However, in rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will promptly inform you and offer the following options:

  • Choose an alternative product
  • Wait for the product to be restocked
  • Receive a full refund

Before dispatch, every product undergoes a quality check and is securely packed. To ensure transparency and reduce transit-related disputes, we record a video of the packaging process for each order before handing it over to our courier partners.

Verified & Tested Products (Pre-Dispatch Checks)

For certain products that require inspection or testing prior to shipping, we may contact the customer for confirmation. Upon approval, the product will be checked and dispatched.

To maintain trust and transparency, we may also record and share product testing or unboxing videos, wherever applicable.

Custom-Built PCs & Pre-Built PCs

Customers can opt for Custom PC Builds or Pre-Built PCs as per their requirements. We provide free assembly services for all PC builds.

All original component boxes, tags, and packaging are shipped along with the PC to ensure smooth warranty claims in the future. We also provide detailed assembly and unboxing videos so customers can clearly verify the components used.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is applicable only for physical products and can be requested before the order is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please call us at 9830200006 or submit a request through our Contact Us page.

If a customer requests cancellation after the order has been shipped, the order may be cancelled or returned only after deducting applicable shipping charges along with payment gateway charges, as mentioned in our Payment Policy. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed accordingly.

Digital products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed and the digital content, license key, or download access is issued. As these products are delivered electronically, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not applicable.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) is available on selected products only. Product eligibility for Partial COD is clearly mentioned on the product page, and the Partial COD option will be visible on the checkout page only if the selected product(s) qualify for this payment method.

For Partial COD orders, customers are required to pay an advance amount online at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to keep the exact payable cash amount ready to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

If a Partial COD order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at the time of delivery, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the advance amount paid will be refunded after deducting the actual shipping charges incurred. In cases where the shipping charges exceed the advance amount paid, no refund will be applicable.

For complete transparency, KRGKart will share the shipping charge details with the customer, as charged to us by our courier partners.

Return & Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of delivery.

📌 Important:

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for return or replacement verification.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice

If the product is found to be used, tampered with, missing items, or different from what was shipped, the return or replacement request may be declined.

The return or replacement process will begin only after KRGKart receives and inspects the returned product. KRGKart reserves the right to approve or reject any return or replacement request after inspection.

✅ In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, there will be no charges for return or re-shipment.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Claims

For products with manufacturing defects, customers are advised to contact the brand’s authorised service centre directly.

If assistance is required, customers may ship the product to us, and we will help coordinate the warranty claim. Once serviced, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

📌 In warranty-related cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer, as per brand warranty terms.

Important Legal Clarifications

KRGKart shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Return and replacement eligibility is strictly subject to inspection and verification.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the Payment Policy and may depend on bank and payment gateway timelines.

KRGKart shall not be held liable for delays or failures in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions, system outages, or third-party service disruptions.
