The AK620 features a precision-machined convex copper base and six copper heat pipes that provide improved heat transfer capabilities. The dense matrix fin array of a dual tower heat sink layout provides better efficiency for high-performance systems. The all-metal mounting bracket kit provides a robust and easy installation process with additional tools for both Intel and AMD platforms.
