At Krgkart.com, your payments are 100% safe and secure. We support multiple payment gateways, including Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, Direct Bank Transfer, and UPI, ensuring a smooth and reliable transaction process.
Pricing and Charges
All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, with free delivery offered on most items.
Krgkart does not charge any additional fees for the fulfilment of orders.
A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This fee, charged by our courier partners, has been minimized to the extent possible.
Some products may incur shipping fees based on their volumetric weight. These costs are clearly indicated on the product pages and during the checkout process.
GST Invoices
A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order, reflecting the exact amount paid by the customer.
Customers requiring an invoice with their company’s GST details can provide the necessary information during checkout.

1. Prepaid Payments
Customers can make prepaid payments using:
- Debit/Credit Cards from any bank
- Net Banking
- E-Wallets
- UPI
EMI Option: Customers can choose EMI payments through the Razorpay gateway. EMI details are available on the product page and during checkout when selecting the Razorpay payment gateway option.
Pay Later Option: Customers can avail of the Pay Later feature through Razorpay. To check your eligibility and for more details, please select Razorpay during the payment process.
We strive to provide transparent and seamless services to our customers. However, if you choose to avail of features such as EMI, Pay Later, or similar financing options, please note the following:
Any extra amount, including interest, processing fees, or additional charges, incurred while using these services will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
KRG Computer Pvt. Ltd. does not levy or collect these extra charges. The bank, financial institution, or service provider offering the feature determines and manages them directly.
We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions, charges, and repayment schedules provided by the respective service provider before proceeding with such options.
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS): Payments can be made via bank transfer to our account. Please use your order ID as the payment reference. Orders will be processed after payment clearance.

2. Partial COD and Pay on Delivery
Partial COD: Krgkart.com offers a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option to enhance customer convenience. This feature allows customers to pay a portion of the total order amount online at the time of purchase, while the remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery.

Pay on Delivery: Full cash on delivery/Pay on Delivery is offered for select products. All COD orders will be processed only after telephone confirmation; our executive will call you for this confirmation. Krgkart reserves the right to cancel any COD order should any discrepancies or concerns arise.
If a product is eligible for Partial COD or Pay on Delivery options, this will be indicated on the product page.
Refund and Cancellation Charges
We do not charge any additional fees for orders placed on KRGKart. If KRGKart needs to cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund the entire amount paid for that order.
If a customer decides to voluntarily cancel their order for any reason, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting the transaction fee from the total amount paid. This policy excludes Bank Transfers and UPI/QR Code payment options. Transaction fees typically range from 2% to 4% of the total payment amount, along with any applicable taxes.
Please note that these fees are charged by the payment gateways, and KRGKart does not retain any portion of these fees. We are committed to providing transparency by sharing all transaction fee details with the customer.
