GST Invoices
- A GST-compliant invoice is issued for all physical products purchased on KRGKart.com.
- For digital products, a GST invoice is issued only for products where GST is applicable, as per prevailing tax regulations.
- Customers who require an invoice with their company’s GST details can provide the relevant information during checkout.

EMI Option

2. Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS)
Customers can also make payments via direct bank transfer. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Our bank account details will be displayed on the next page after placing the order and will also be sent to your email.
Please mention your Order ID as the payment reference to avoid delays.
3. Partial COD & Pay on Delivery
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – KRGKart.com offers Partial COD on select products, allowing customers to pay a portion of the order amount online and the remaining balance at the time of delivery.
This option is especially useful for high-value purchases and helps ensure order commitment.
Pay on Delivery (Full COD) – Full Cash on Delivery / Pay on Delivery is available on select products only.
- All COD orders require telephonic confirmation.
- KRGKart reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation fails or discrepancies are found.
Product eligibility for COD or Partial COD will always be mentioned on the product/checkout page.

Additional Charges for EMI, Pay Later & COD
Certain payment options such as EMI, Pay Later, Cash on Delivery (COD), or similar financing and deferred payment services may involve additional charges, including but not limited to interest, processing fees, convenience fees, late payment penalties, or service charges.
Any such extra amount charged while using these payment methods is determined and collected solely by the respective bank, financial institution, payment gateway, or service provider. KRGKart does not levy, control, or receive these additional charges in any form and shall not be held responsible or liable for them.
For the purpose of order cancellation, return, replacement, or refund, KRGKart will consider only the final order value displayed on KRGKart.com at the time of purchase. Any extra amount paid by the customer directly to a bank, payment gateway, or third-party service provider will not be included in refund calculations and shall be governed by the terms of the respective service provider.
Refunds, Cancellations & Transaction Charges
- KRGKart does not levy any additional charges for placing an order. However, if customers opt for certain facilities such as Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD, minimal charges may apply to fulfil these services. Wherever applicable, all such charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page before order confirmation.
- If KRGKart cancels an order due to unavoidable reasons, the full amount paid will be refunded (If applicable).
- If a customer voluntarily cancels an order, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting applicable transaction and service charges.
Possible Deductions Include:
- Payment Gateway Charges: Typically ranging between 2% to 4%, plus applicable taxes.
- Shipping Charges: If the order is refused, undelivered, or returned due to customer unavailability, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted.
A clear and detailed refund breakdown will be shared with the customer for complete transparency.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, bank processing time, and payment gateway policies.
Payment Failures & Pending Transactions
In rare cases, a payment may fail or remain in a pending status due to technical issues, network interruptions, or delays at the bank or payment gateway’s end. If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed on KRGKart.com, we request you to contact our support team with the transaction details.
Any such amount, if successfully received by KRGKart, will be reconciled and refunded as per the standard timelines defined by the respective payment gateway or bank.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In case a customer raises a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment gateway, KRGKart reserves the right to review the transaction internally. Relevant order, delivery, and payment details may be shared with the concerned financial institution to assist in resolving the dispute.
False or abusive chargeback claims may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or necessary action as permitted under applicable laws.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To ensure payment security and prevent fraudulent transactions, KRGKart reserves the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order that is flagged as suspicious or high-risk. In such cases, we may request additional verification from the customer before processing or dispatching the order.
